Television personality Eamonn Holmes is gearing up for a cosy Christmas with his girlfriend Katie Alexander in South West London, away from the spotlight.
Inside sources divulge that the 64 year old presenter plans to celebrate his first festive season alongside mother-of-three Katie, 43, at his rented home in Kingston.
For this special occasion, Katie has decided not to see her two youngest children, who will be with their father, George Alexander, in Katie's hometown of West Yorkshire.
Katie's eldest son, 22, from a previous relationship, will also be elsewhere. Meanwhile, Eamonn's ex-wife, Ruth Langsford, also 64, faces her first Christmas separated from her husband of nearly three decades.
Their son Jack, 22, will reportedly join Ruth at the family's lavish £3.5 million Weybridge abode.
A source expressed, "Christmas is going to be a tough one for all concerned. Ruth will be without her husband for the first time in decades and Katie won't see her kids on Christmas Day either", reports the Mirror.

Ruth's legal team has been meticulously constructing a detailed account of Eamonn's fresh romance with Katie on the heels of suggestions that their connection dates back 12 years, featuring flirtatious online exchanges.
It has also come to light that amid these conversations, Katie's former spouse George even humorously remarked to Eamonn, suggesting Katie was being playful, "Think she's flirting with you."

According to a source, Katie and Eamonn have assured their respective ex-partners that they were not romantically involved in the past. It is believed that they have been dating for six months, even enjoying a Mediterranean cruise together in September.
Reports suggest that Eamonn is now on the hunt for a larger property to share with Katie.
