A "nepo baby" has just celebrated her 20th birthday, with her famous mother, Charlie Brooks, sharing a heartfelt message on social media.
Kiki Truman, an actress known for her roles in The Kennedys (2015) and The Dumping Ground (2013), is the daughter of Charlie, best known for her role as Janine Butcher on EastEnders. Kiki, the only child of the soap star, marked her milestone birthday while Charlie is gearing up for the new season of Dancing On Ice.
Charlie first appeared on EastEnders in 1999 as Janine, left in 2004, and returned for multiple stints, including a significant storyline starting in 2021. One of her most infamous moments was Janine's marriage to Barry Evans, which ended with her pushing him off a cliff for his money.

@kikitruman/Instagram)Charlie took to Instagram yesterday to post a series of photos of her daughter. She captioned the post: "20 years ago today I birthed this wild thing @kikitruman. So pleased the frontal lobe is starting to form. What an adventure. Thank you for choosing me to be ya mamma, and your dad @tonytrumanibiza . We are here for all of it and we love you more than you could know. Happy birthday baby."
Fans flooded the comments to point out how much Kiki resembles her mother. One wrote: "That last pic she is the spit of you!" Illustrator Cat Sims quipped: "It's almost like Tony's genes didn't even try! She's SOOOO like you." Ferne McCann, who is also competing on this year's Dancing on Ice alongside Charlie, left a comment saying: "She’s your double Charlie. Happy birthday Kiki."
Back in September, it was reported that Charlie signed up to appear in Dancing on Ice. Charlie, 43, is also known for winning I’m Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! way back in 2012 and will now be donning her ice skates for the ITV celebrity skate dancing show. A source told The Sun: “Charlie’s a brilliant signing. She has a huge fanbase from EastEnders and has tons of personality and feisty energy. The ITV bookers hope she can recreate some of her on-screen I’m a Celeb magic. They are making the most of the fact many female stars have avoided Strictly this year amid all the scandal. It’s going to be a belting line-up.”

@kikitruman/Instagram)Charlie had a long run on EastEnders on BBC1 but was last seen in Albert Square in 2022. She is understood to have been starring in a stage production of popular children’s story Chitty Chitty Bang Bang since then, on London’s West End. Earlier in September, the EastEnders icon candidly opened up on her battle with alcohol as she celebrated a big milestone.
The actress, who regularly reprised her role on a number of occasions since her first appearance in 1999, is said to have enjoyed the party scene during her time in the limelight and told her Instagram followers she "had some brilliant times". However, as she posed for the selfie upload, she added that it "always came at a price" - and now she is alcohol free and has been for four years.
Sharing further with her followers, she continued: "Sometimes I miss that version of my wild.. but my wild still shows up.. just in very different ways. It’s not a straightforward road, but nothing beats waking up sober on a Saturday morning or any other morning for that matter." She added: "Mornings will forever be my new nights out."
