Elle & Dakota Fanning’s Newest Career Decision May Be Eerily Similar to the Olsen Twin’s

While Elle Fanning and Dakota Fanning are continuously tearing it up with their acting chops, like with projects such as The Great, Maleficent, The Watchers, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (just to name a few), insiders claim they’re ready to expand their empire. How so? Well, they’re taking inspiration from the iconic Olsen twins, Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen, and are allegedly thinking about stepping into the world of fashion design.

Both Dakota and Elle have a passion for fashion, and according to insiders who recently spilled the beans to Life and Style Magazine, it seems they’re ready to take that love of style to a whole new level, a la Olsen twins.

For those who don’t know, Mary-Kate and Ashley took a break from acting to work on their luxury, award-winning fashion brand, The Row, which they founded in 2006. And now, the Fanning sisters are allegedly thinking about launching their own fashion line.

“Elle and Dakota are seeing their opportunities expand in and out of Hollywood,” the insider said to the outlet. “They have very different personal styles and personalities but they are closer and more aligned than ever and they both have a gift for sniffing out cool projects and getting the most out of them.”

The insider added, “There’s a real groundswell of support among their friends and peers that the Fanning sisters, as a team, dive even deeper into the fashion scene. They finally understand what their real potential is in that arena, and people are comparing them to the Olsen sisters in terms of what they can become.”

Sisters inspiring sisters, we love to see it! Plus, it’s nice to know that, per the insider, the Fanning sisters have A-listers like Angelina Jolie and Kristen Stewart rooting for them. Plus, we’ve loved their fashion sense over the years, and we’d love to see another sister duo thrive in the fashion world!
