It's been reported that Debbie Nelson, the mother of Eminem, has passed away at the age of 69.

TMZ is reporting that Nelson has died after a battle with advanced lung cancer.

Eminem - real name Marshall Mathers - has had a famously tumultuous relationship with his mother, citing her as an inspiration for many of his songs over his 25-year career. The 52-year-old has reportedly been repairing relations with his mum in the past few years.
