Eva Longoria's 'Out of Office' Holiday Plans Included a Golden Glow From Her Tropical Vacation

Eva Longoria didn’t look for a winter wonderland this holiday season, she opted for warm and tropical weather instead. The 49-year-old actress is on vacation with her husband, José Bastón, and their son, Santiago, 6, and it looks like they are having the best time ever.

Longoria shared a carousel of snapshots on Instagram with the fitting caption, “Out of office.” The Desperate Housewives star is ready to end 2024 with sun, swimming, and relaxation. She sported a chic, but simple, navy-blue bikini with gold hardware to add a touch of bling. The swimsuit showed off her gorgeous curves and toned legs — and of course, her sun-kissed glow!

The images proved that family time was the most important thing on her agenda this holiday week with her husband and son being prominently featured in a few photos. Longoria gushed about Bastón, whom she affectionately calls, “Pepe,” to Hola! in July. “I think I am very lucky in love, I had three good husbands… no, wonderful, good, now I have a wonderful husband, but the other marriages prepared me for this, for Pepe,” she said. “With Pepe, it is another level, it is a very special marriage.”

Longoria was previously married to the late Tyler Christopher from 2002-2004 and former NBA star Tony Parker from 2007-2011. She believes that her relationship with Bastón is easier because they found each other later in life. “I think that’s why with my second marriage… no wait, my third,” Longoria explained with a laugh on her Connections podcast in August 2022. “But I do think finding love at 40 — I found Pepe when I was 40 and he was 50 — It was just like, ‘Can we just enjoy this life together?’ I mean, I do yell at him for the toothbrush or something like that still.”

They now split their time between Spain and Mexico after leaving the United States three years ago. “I had my whole adult life here,” she said of her time in Los Angeles to Marie Claire in November. “But even before [the pandemic], it was changing. The vibe was different. And then Covid happened, and it pushed it over the edge. Whether it’s the homelessness or the taxes, not that I want to s**t on California—it just feels like this chapter in my life is done now.” After some backlash, Longoria had to set the record straight that she left the U.S. for work reasons, not “because of Trump.”

No matter where Longoria lives, she’s still working hard on her Hollywood career, so the holiday downtime with her family is the best way to end the year.
