With the arrival of Auto Expo 2025 on 17 January, it has been clear that India is stepping towards playing a major role in the global EV ecosystem. The first two days of Auto Expo has showcased some of the best EV’s that are going to define the EV market in India. Not just the Expo displayed latest innovations but it also welcomed futuristic designs that will shape the industry’s trajectory. From Mahindra’s XEV 9e to Tata’s Concept EV Avinya, the Expo is filled with avant-garde offerings from the EV manufacturers.

Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara

Maruti has officially unveiled its E-Vitara at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The company demonstrated what this upcoming vehicle will bring for the buyers. The e-Vitara is built on the HEARTECT-e platform with driving range of over 500 km on a single charge. This EV comes with polyhedral styling and aerodynamic alloy wheels and features a 10-way power-adjustable driver seat

MG Cyberster

JSW MG Motor India has officially released their MG Cyberster which is India’s first all-electric roadster. The vehicle has been revealed under company’s luxury section ‘MG Select’. Additionally, the company also another EV dubbed as MG M9 which is India’s first electric three-row presidential limousine. Customers can pre-book both the EV’s from company’s official website www.mgselect.co.in.

Mahinda XEV 9e

Mahindra showcased their XEV 9e at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Buyers can go for pre-booking of the vehicle from February 14 and the bookings will be revealed by the end of March 2025. The XEV 9e comes with LED headlights, 19-inch alloy wheels, 12.3-inch displays, a 2-spoke steering wheel, leatherette seats, panoramic glass roof, a selfie camera, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, wireless phone charger, 7 airbags, and many other interesting features. It is priced between Rs 21.90 lakh and Rs 30.50 lakh.

Tata Avinya Concept

Tata has unraveled its first generation-3 EV concept, Avinya at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The vehicle is built on company’s GEN 3 architecture focusing mainly on innovations, technology, and sustainability.
