Ricci Guarnaccio asks Vicky Pattison to return to Geordie Shore

Geordie Shore star Ricci Guarnaccio has opened up about his surgery "addiction" as the new series is in full swing.

The MTV star, 38, spoke exclusively to Daily Star as he spoke about his ever-changing appearance and the inspiration behind it. The DJ shared that after he witnessed his co-stars getting tweaks, he was eager to try it out for himself.

When asked about his enhancements, Ricci laughed: "I love it, I'm addicted." Before adding: "I remember when I first started watching the Geordie girls, especially with Chantelle [Connelly] and Chloe [Ferry] going on, where they want to look this way and that way.

"You can easily get addicted with everything you can get done. I think I'm looking sweet now for 38. I've had a few good surgeons.

"Then I remember watching people on TOWIE and whatnot I was thinking, 'Jesus Christ, man, you've had far much work done'. Then I got my first nose job. And I was like, 'Holy s***, this stuff works, how fit do I look?'

"And then I had three nose jobs, I've had my eye lids – that blepharoplasty – my jaw done, my teeth done three times. I'm definitely gonna get more work as well. I absolutely love it. I couldn't give a toss what anyone says, I look real sweet and tasty. I do think people can take it too far but what's too far?

"I've spent roughly about £50,000, but looking back my eye lids were the best thing I'd ever done. I came back from Australia looking haggard and then I could see my blue eyes again."

Ricci has been back on screens after taking part in the brand new series of Geordie Shore as the cast head to Thailand to celebrate Kyle Christie's stag do. However there is certainly trouble in paradise, but this time with the lads...

The TV star shared: "It's the lads this time as well and I f****** hate disloyal people fabricating stuff. And I didn't expect it from them, people are so f****** two-faced man.

"Honestly, I'm at the age now where lads' drama should be resolved there and then. But when you bring in fabricated s*** into a TV show and you're trying to make someone look bad, you need to handle it like a f****** man as well.

"I think there's ways to deal with things, but you're all gonna get the juice next episode. I think MTV have done a real good job of teeing it up, because there's been a lot of clips gone out with the lads where we're all best mates.

"But there was that much content happening every half a day that they could have wrapped after a week, after three weeks, it's definitely been the biggest one yet."

Geordie Shore continues Tuesdays at 10pm on MTV.
