Gino D'Acampo has broken his silence after he was accused of 'inappropriate behaviour'.
The TV chef simply responded with a one-word message. He took to Instagram to share a post from a food blogger, who had been sent a huge hamper of Gino branded products. Alongside the post, Gino wrote: "Enjoy!!" Last week the Italian was accused of inappropriate behaviour towards a woman over five years.
The unnamed woman lodged a complaint with ITV bosses last week. She reportedly worked with D’Acampo between 2006 and 2011. Gino's post marked the first time he has shared anything on social media since the claims were reported. It is understood the woman decided to speak out amid a raft of allegations against the BBC’s MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace, who has stepped away from hosting the show.
Reports have also claimed Gino, 48, is being slowly sidelined by ITV amid a string of claims about inappropriate behaviour. A source close to the latest complainant said: “She worked [with Gino] for five years. She has come forward after being spurred on by the Gregg Wallace scandal and the comment he made about his accusers being middle-class women of a certain age,” a source told the Sun.

The star, who has featured on This Morning, was reported to have been cut from ITV series Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip after allegedly refusing to sign a morality clause in his contract - a provision that requires parties to agree to strict behavioural standards.
Sources told The Sun that while on the set of his latest show with Fred Siriex, Emission Impossible, Gino was accused of flashing crew members who were reportedly offered counselling. The source told the publication: "Filming was halted and Gino was put on a training course. He has a sporran which he calls Justin Beaver with which he regularly flashes, some of his humour and antics in 2024 have become increasingly hard to tolerate."
Gino has only appeared on This Morning twice this year and his dating show Cooking Up Love was axed after two episodes. He is set to be back on screens with Family Fortunes next year, having already been filmed. Gino teamed up with First Dates star Fred Sirieix for their new series Gino and Fred's Emission Impossible, which sees the pair "attempt to go green".
The duo had success along with Gordon Ramsay however, their hit series came to an abrupt end when Gino sensationally announced his decision "not to film any more Gordon, Gino and Fred Road Trips" in March last year. It sparked rumours of a feud between the culinary stars, which was only heightened when Gino and Fred announced they would be filming a new show together.
Gino initially hinted at contract disagreements and behind-the-scenes issues as the reason for his resignation from the series with Gordon. It was highlighted that Gordon, Gino & Fred: Road Trip is produced by Gordon’s production company Studio Ramsay. In a message to fans, Gino insisted there hadn't been a fallout between the stars.
