GLASTONBURY fans have been left considering that a top pop star could be on the bill for the festival next year after noticing two big clues.

Festival-goers have been desperate to work out who could be the acts set to hit the stages in the daytime after The Sun previously told of who would be headlining the iconic Worthy Farm gigs.

Now, eagle-eyed fans have come to the conclusion that a US star may be about to put in an appearance at the event.

Banks, who rose to fame in 2013 following the release of her two EPs has become the latest target of speculations.

The singer recently released the unplugged version of her 2014 debut studio album, Goddess, in honour of its tenth anniversary.

That move has prompted some questions as to whether she could be gearing up to celebrate the record's anniversary on the road next year.

The popstar has also released a selection of new songs over recent months including her top collaboration with Doechii titled I Hate Your Ex-Girlfriend.

One fan said of Banks potentially being on the line-up: "I would love to see her!"

As another echoed: "Would love Banks too."

Banks could be in good company too with The Sun telling how THREE of this year's biggest female pop stars have been booked to perform at the festival in June.

Chappell Roan, Charli XCX and Olivia Rodrigo are all expected to take to the stage over the weekend.

A source said: “Chappell Roan, Olivia Rodrigo and Charli XCX will all play Glastonbury next summer.

Olivia Rodrigo set to headline Glastonbury 2025 as bookmakers halt bets

"Charli will headline The Other Stage and Chappell will be playing the Pyramid Stage.

"Olivia is coming straight to Worthy Farm after playing BST Hyde Park, so her slot is being firmed up.

“Emily really wanted Glastonbury to go back to its rock roots but by bringing in three of the world’s biggest female stars to play too, she is making a real statement.

“Glastonbury always has something for everyone but next summer’s line-up is really impressive in terms of the spectrum of acts and how big they are.”

We first revealed that Signed, Sealed, Delivered and Superstition great Stevie was in talks to play the festival last summer, but negotiations broke down at the last minute.

He is now back on the Glasto bill alongside Matty Healy's 1975 and the legend that is Neil Young.

Sir Rod Stewart is also booked to play the Sunday Legends slot.
