One of the first things you should be on the lookout for after getting out of the prologue in Kingdom Come 2 is to look for a horse and some money. Traveling across Trosky on foot is a tiresome exercise, and you can get a free horse early in the game. However, as nice as Pebbles is, you can't sell him for money.

Selling stolen horses can help you get quick cash in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. There's a very simple way to do the same with nearly any horse you come across, but you'll have to be careful.

The first step of stealing a horse is finding a horse. You can find them roaming around the fields outside settlements. The first place you should look for a horse to steal is located just south of Troskowitz. Just walk past the carpenter's area and you'll find a large field with many horses.

You can inspect the horses to check what kind of stats they have. The higher the stats, the higher it'll sell for. Now, before you steal a horse, have a look around and ensure that nobody is watching you. Now you can mount the horse and ride out of sight.

The next step is to take a trip to the Nomad's camp, where horse handler Mikolai resides. You could initiate fast travel while riding the stolen horse. However, if you're riding the horse manually to the location, beware of other people who might grow suspicious and call you out. If you dismount from the horse for a large amount of time, it will run back to its original location.

After reaching Mikolai, who wears a green hat, you can interact with him and choose the "Horse black market" option. From here, you can choose to sell the horse. You might want to haggle for the right price before settling. Mikolai doesn't have a lot of cash lying around, so you'll have to wait a few in-game days before you can sell a stolen horse again to him.
