Here’s What SZA Said After Keke Palmer Asked If Drake Is a Good Kisser

Keke Palmer put SZA on the spot about briefly dating Drake.

The One of Them Days castmates, alongside the film's producer Issa Rae, were on a 'versus' edition of Hot Ones, when, around the 6-minute mark, Palmer picked up a "dealer's choice" question.

The options were for the opponent to answer honestly or eat a "death" wing. Palmer started by asking if Rae would go back to her ex after he'd had a baby, just as her Insecure character did.

"I don't like men with kids," Rae admitted. "I said it. If I were single and I encountered a man and he had a child without me that I had nothing to do with–I'm too egotistical. I can't."

After taking a minute to think, Palmer then blurted out a question that shocked everyone at the table. "Is Drake a good kisser?" she asked.

"That's why I said 'Fuck you in advance,'" SZA joked.

"I knew you were going to do something that was so..." the 4-time Grammy-winner added before mocking Palmer's expression.

"She's not going to answer," Palmer added. "He must have been terrible."

SZA, who refused to answer the question, began to eat the spicy chicken wing before insisting that she and Drake were "children" when they kissed.

"2009 we were children. Real shit," she said.

When Rae and Palmer were persistent in wanting an answer, SZA accused them of 'double-teaming' her, before turning the tables on Rae about her surprise wedding to Louis Diame in 2021.

SZA, who collaborated with Drake on songs like "Rich Baby Daddy" and "Slime You Out," downplayed their short dating period to Rolling Stone in 2023.

"[We] were really young," she told the publication. "It wasn't hot and heavy or anything. It was like youth vibes. It was so childish."
