Former campmate Maura Higgins has teased her potential future with Pete Wicks whilst looking ahead to their reunion once she is back from I'm A Celebrity.
Maura, 33, was thought to have been dating fellow reality TV star Pete, 36, in recent months. She insisted ahead of her stint on the ITV show that she was "single," though she later acknowledged that she had been "seeing someone".
Following her departure from I'm A Celebrity this week, Maura appeared on This Morning on Friday. During the interview, she was asked about Pete, who will compete in the semi-final of Strictly Come Dancing on the weekend.
After the former the Only Way is Essex star was brought up by host Alison Hammond, 49, Maura said in the interview: "I do miss him ... like I missed all my friends and family!" She went on to share: "Honestly he's been so supportive."
Alison then asked if she could be a bridesmaid at a potential wedding between the pair. Maura responded: "You can be a bridesmaid Alison, okay, for God's sake." The former Love Island finalist was then seen laughing.
Maura continued by sharing that she was looking forward to reuniting with Pete upon her return to the UK, with her still in Australia ahead of the I'm A Celebrity final on Sunday. She said: "I didn't know if he was still in Strictly and I'm so proud of him. He's proud of me. I can't wait to see him when I get back."

Getty Images)The interview comes after Maura confirmed that she wasn't in a relationship whilst in the jungle. As previously reported, when asked whilst in camp whether she was single, Maura told some of the other campmates: "I am but I was seeing someone before I came in but I'm not in a relationship." She then shared that she didn't know if they were "exclusive".
There has been speculation this year of a potential romance between Maura and Pete, with rumours having circulated when they were spotted having a "passionate" kiss in August. More recently, it was exclusively revealed by the Mirror in October that Maura and Pete were spotted kissing at an afterparty for the Pride of Britain Awards.
Maura however dismissed the suggestion that she's in a relationship with Pete shortly before she entered the jungle in Australia. Asked if she had been on a date with Pete prior to her jungle entrance, she coyly told the Mirror: "I mean, I've been on a date with many people."
She also appeared to play the attention down, adding: "I date but I'm very much single. Honestly, I just think the interest in my dating life is so boring. People go on dates. Like everyone goes on dates, but then it suddenly becomes that I am in a relationship with this person, or that person."
