Singer Myles Stephenson has shared the harrowing experience of his baby daughter being rushed to hospital after a seizure which left her "turning blue".
The 33 year old Rak-Su singer, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2017, took to social media to inform fans about the frightening incident. Speaking openly about the terrifying moment, Myles recounted how two year old Sahara was quickly taken to hospital when she fell ill.
In a heartfelt post accompanied by a photo of his daughter in the hospital, the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! star told his Instagram followers: "This little princess had a seizure yesterday evening and stopped breathing and turnt [sic] blue! Single handedly the scariest thing I've ever seen!"
The doting dad, who has both Sahara and son Shiloh with partner Keli Hall, further elaborated on what had happened. "Her temperature spiked causing a (febrile) seizure," Myles explained before sharing an important message for other parents. "For any parents with young children please look up Febrile Seizures and research," he urged. "It will not only help your child but also you if it should ever happen, especially during flu season."

Myles has previously disclosed that his son Shiloh is coping with a disability owing to an unseen stroke he suffered as a baby. The Celebrity MasterChef star opened up about his son's health last year.
Myles spoke out about his son's devastating health struggles after he was diagnosed with Hemiplegic cerebral palsy. In a heart-wrenching social media post, Myles revealed that Shiloh now faces partial paralysis on his right side and needs splints to support his legs and body.
Fighting back tears in an Instagram video, Myles explained: "Shiloh started with the ankle-high splint, which didn't do its job. We then upgraded to the knee-high splint hoping that his heel would be able to plant with the knee-high splint, but that has also failed."
He added: "The next phase is Botox injections to relax the muscles in his leg, in the hope that it does do its job. The range of movement is lessening, so where we was at last phase, there is less range and less movement in his legs, which is a tough one to take, man. I really sat and processed it about 20 minutes ago, emotionally it's tough for me."
In an emotional video, Myles appealed to his supporters for advice on how to tackle the health issue affecting his little one, saying: "If anybody has any tricks, tips, any input whatsoever that is going to be beneficial to me and my family then please comment, your comment don't go unseen and it helps me research more in this whole new unknown, unwalked territory that we're going into."
He added, putting on a brave face: "And to the people who haven't got to this phase yet but may do, process it, take it in, and as I always say, keep on fighting the fight, let your emotions out, share them with your partner, share them with your family, and keep a smile on your face."
