'I've been banned from TikTok for being too hot – even when I cover my fit body'

1 week ago 2

A model has claimed that she's been 'banned' from TikTok for being 'too hot' - even when she covers up her money making figure.

Nova Jewels, 27, from Scotland, is no stranger to being in the limelight for her controversial opinions and lifestyle. Although she swears that she's been on her very best behaviour, the fiery model feels as if she's getting penalised for her looks.

The lingerie model and cam girl understands the social media platform's strict community guideline rules that frequently crack down on sexually explicit and nude content - which have been known to be unfairly implemented in the past.

Despite working in the sex industry, the model refrains from stripping off on TikTok and keeps it PC. But, Nova - who is admittedly in love with herself - came to realise that even covering up her body seems to be too much for the app to handle.

And what conclusion has Nova come to? Well, she's simply just too hot for social media...

Nova says she's 'too hot' for TikTok

In an exclusive chat with Daily Star, the model explained: "I make a point of being fully clothed to the extent that I go on wearing long sleeved dresses, fur coats, turtle neck jumpers - and then one of my Lives got reported for nudity!

"I always keep the vibes and positivity high in my chats and am very aware not to promote my adult subscription site, which I avoid at all costs.

"The reason I go live is literally because I just love chatting to everyone. So after getting a one week ban for being 'naked' while wearing a long sleeved dress, I then went back on live for the first time and got banned again for being 'sexually explicit'. It's because I licked the back of my hand as a joke in regards to the conversation that we were all having."

According to TikTok's community guidelines, restricted content includes Nudity and Body Exposure described as "showing semi-nudity of adults, such as wearing only nipple covers or underwear that does not cover the majority of the buttocks."

The model is not happy with the social media platform

Nova's account has also been restricted for Sexually Suggestive Content, which is defined as "showing adults engaging in intimate kissing, sexualized framing, or sexualized behaviour" and "showing sex products."

The model denies engaging in the above on her TikTok profile - despite admitting to once breaking the rules two years ago when her 'boobs accidentally slipped out'.

Since then, Nova has committed to wearing her dressing gown, turtlenecks and posts the odd holiday bikini video in order to post her tongue-in-cheek content to her 23,000 followers.

But, the model has had no luck evading the 'warnings' on her account.

She claimed: "I have posted videos of just my face lip syncing and had them removed for 'going against guidelines' so I have fully come to the conclusion that I am simply too seductive for TikTok.

"I am fully aware that I’m a naturally flirtatious person and I’ve now figure that even my come to bed eyes are too much for TikTok to be able to handle.

Nova

Her account has been previously banned and she's received warnings that she feels were not appropriate

"Every single time I go on live I get warnings throwing at me left right and centre. I even posted a comment on someone’s TikTok saying 'YES girl' with a flame emoji and I got an instant warning the second I pushed post?

"I sent an appeal in for that one however and for once, they did choose to accept it and let me post the comment."

Nova has reached the end of her tether with her TikTok and feels as if the warnings are preventing her from reaching wider audiences - something she says her content deserves.

Though with a bout of warnings, a handful of bans and TikTok's ever evolving algorithmic changes, the odds are against the model's pursuit for social media recognition.

She's dubbed the treatment of her account 'completely ridiculous'. TikTok might be relentless with their community guideline enforcement, but Nova is relentless is avenging her social media profile.

Nova is not backing down...

Nova claimed: "That app definitely see’s my existence and instantly goes 'hell no we don’t want her here'. Guess what TikTok...you’ve targeted the wrong girl because I ain’t ever going to stop until you let me be seen.

"It’s frustrating me now though on my new accounts because I make such good content and it’s so frustrating when I see people posting absolute rubbish and, for some bizarre reason, they have hundreds and thousands of likes?

"I have sent them an email because I am at my wits end with them and I am still awaiting a response..."

Daily Star has contacted TikTok for comment.
