The Traitors star Wilf Webster has shared his bold predictions on what will go down in the nail-biting final this year.
Mecca Bingo teamed up with Wilf Webster from The Traitors series one, and he spoke exclusively with Daily Star about his wild time on the show and the current series.
When asked if the Faithfuls or Traitors win it this year, and why, he responded: "The Faithfuls will win it because I think if The Seer role comes into play the probability of The Traitor winning it, let’s say for instance if Minah goes out on Wednesday or Thursday, the probability of a faithful getting The Seer is higher, so if they choose Minah, they're going to find out Minah’s a traitor. So I think the Faithfuls will win, I want the Traitors to win because I stand by The Traitors, but I think the Faithfuls will win.
The twist of the 'Seer' role, which traditionally allows that player to discover whether another player is a Faithful or a Traitor, could really help the Faithfuls. But what are Wilf's general thoughts on it being added?
He explained: "It depends on who gets the role. I think if Alexander got the role, he'd be able to word it in the right way and he’d smash the role, in terms of he would be able to come back to the table or whatever they do and say this person is faithful or traitor and be able to prove that it happened.
"It's such a hard role to know how they're going to do it on TV because it's such a unique role as well so I don't know if the other players are going to know who The Seer is or if it’s a secret Seer they come and tell them and everyone can question it amongst themselves. A Traitor could say no you’re lying, I was The Seer.
"I think it's a very, very good thing to have but at the same time, I don't know how the general public will find it. People who play social deduction will watch it because of the gameplay, they’ll understand the role but I’m unsure on whether the general public will like it and appreciate it, or if they feel like it ruins the show."
