Sophie Lait, known as @sophthickfitnesss on Instagram, regularly shares candid posts about body positivity on her page with her 231,000 followers. And they were loving one of her latest posts, as she spoke about what she wore to a Christmas party.

The influencer shared photos of herself showing of her figure in a skintight silver sequin dress.

She captioned the post: "Just a girl wearing the dress to the first Xmas party of the year ‘cos she didn’t let her insecurity stop her...doesn’t she look amazing?!

"Please please please don’t let having a belly, or back rolls, or jiggly arms or ANYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT FEEL INSECURE ABOUT stop you from dressing up this Christmas my darling! You absolutely deserve it!"

She added: "I was invited to celebrate with @emilylucyrajch and the @relr._ girls on their pop up in London! Such beautiful pieces and an even more gorgeous night.

"Dress is from @prettylittlething cos I know you girlies will ask! It's stretchy."
