Jesy Nelson is loved up with boyfriend Zion Foster after announcing their happy baby news - but the couple got off to a difficult start.

The pair initially began dating in January 2022, but parted ways after almost two years together. Former Little Mix star Jesy, 33, and Zion, a 26-year-old musician, reportedly split in November 2023 before reuniting, only to break up again just five months ago.

On Sunday, the Black Magic singer, now expecting twins, shared a cute Polaroid photo on Instagram of herself sporting a crop top and eating out of a bowl while a beaming Zion proudly cradled her stomach. She captioned the post: "She’s eating for 3 now."

When the couple initially split in September last year, wiping all traces of each other on their social media accounts, Zion took to the digital world to confirm their sad separation. He expressed his support for Jesy despite their breakup. In a video uploaded on OK!'s official TikTok account discussing the duo's romance, Zion commented: "Beautiful woman inside and out. I wish her nothing but the best."

The touching tribute to Jesy prompted reactions from followers, with one sharing: "I've been crying all day since I heard this shocking news." A source told The Sun at the time of their breakup: "Jesy and Zion split last month and have completely cut ties with each other. It's not the first time they have broken up but friends think it's for good this time.

"It's slightly awkward though because they had an EP ready of music they have made together and Jesy doesn't want it released now." It has been reported that Jesy had struggled with their seven-year age gap. However their cosy pregnancy snap paints another story.

The duo touched on their age disparity when they released a clip of some of the lyrics of their new song together. They lip-synched the song in the teaser clip, which said: "He's 25 and I'm 33, but he's the realest f***ing man I'll ever meet."

Their soon-to-be family of four comes after Jesy had a whirlwind love life with a string of other high-profile romances, including one which saw her get engaged. In 2012, she began dating Diversity member Jordan Banjo, however it only lasted 10 months after the pressure of work and travel commitments got to them.

An insider told The Mirror at the time that Jordan reportedly became jealous over the attention Jesy received. They said: "They have both found it hard to keep the spark going as Jesy’s been touring and Jordan’s heavy workload with Diversity means they’ve barely had time to see each other. Jesy’s become a lot more famous than Jordan and he found it difficult to cope with the amount of male attention she was getting, so they both agreed it was best that they call it a day."

She moved on with the lead singer of Rixton, Jake Roche, in 2014. The couple became engaged in July 2015 but ended their engagement the following November. The mum-to-be then had a brief fling with The Only Way Is Essex star Chris Clark in 2017.

Later that year, she began dating musician Harry James, and they were together for approximately 16 months before parting ways in November 2018. In January 2019, Jesy entered a relationship with Love Island contestant Chris Hughes before splitting up in April 2020. The once-inseparable pair had been isolating apart amid the coronavirus crisis, with both choosing to stay with their flatmates rather than each other.

Prior to her relationship with Zion, the Bad Boyz singer had been in a relationship with Sean Sagar. The pair went public with their romance in the autumn of 2020 when Jesy shared a snap of her the Our Girl star looking rather loved up as he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her on the cheek.

Sadly after nine months together, the pair allegedly called time on their relationship in January 2021. “Jesy and Sean have decided to take some time apart. It’s such a shame as they made a lovely couple but recently things haven’t been right between them,” a source told The Sun.
