Inside Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s low-key ‘romantic’ New Year’s celebration

They weren’t cleaning up bottles on New Year’s Day.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce had a “romantic,” but low-key New Year’s Eve celebration in Kansas City, Mo., due to his football schedule, a source exclusively tells Page Six.

The A-listers “spent the days leading up to New Year’s in New York” as they were spotted stepping out together for a date night in Manhattan last week.

“But they flew back together to Kansas City on Monday,” out insider says, adding that Travis had football practice on Dec. 30 and Jan. 1.

“Travis also had a ‘New Heights’ podcast taping,” the source explains.

“Taylor and Travis spent New Year’s Eve together in Kansas City and shared a kiss as soon as it hit midnight. It was very romantic.”

Reps for Swift and Kelce, both 35, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The celebrations were a stark contrast to how the Grammy winner and the Super Bowl champion rang in 2024.

They passionately locked lips while partying and dancing with numerous family and friends at a venue in Kansas City, Mo.

As we previously reported, the “Cruel Summer” singer and the tight end were photographed as they stepped out in the rain in New York City Saturday night.

Swift and Kelce headed to members only social club Chez Margaux in the Meatpacking District of the Big Apple.

The lovebirds held hands as they arrived at the exclusive venue to celebrate Swift’s friend Ashley Avignone’s birthday.

The couple — who went public with their romance in September 2023 — braved through the rain hand-in-hand.
