Ryan Thomas was left gobsmacked as his brother Scott revealed a massive Love Island All Stars twist.
Scott, 36, was among the original Islanders to step foot in the South African villa on Monday night, joining the likes of Luca Bish, India Reynolds, Kaz Crossley, Gabby Allen and her unfaithful ex, Marcel Somerville.
Despite things seeming to go smoothly for Scott and his fellow stars, they were oblivious to the major curveball the producers had in store.
As the episode neared its end, Scott, who featured in the second series of the show in 2016, was paired with India following a covert vote, both expressing their openness to explore a potential romance.
While Scott and India seemed content with their pairing, the situation quickly escalated. In classic Love Island fashion, the bosses had arranged for a bombshell to enter the villa and stir the pot.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, who first graced the show just three years ago and had previously expressed her wish to distance herself from the programme, made an entrance. The 30 year old was given the authority to snatch one of the boys – despite all of them being paired up.
Scott's brother Ryan, 40, shared his reactions while watching the premiere episode alongside his wife Lucy Mecklenburgh and younger brother Adam.
"Don't take Scott, don't do it," urged Ryan, while a glimpse of Adam showed him predicting: "She's going to pick Scott."
Amidst this anticipation, viewers witnessed an unexpected moment as Ekin-Su deliberated her choices; Scott covertly remarked to India: "She slid into my DMs a few times," prompting gasps from his family. Just as the tension peaked, the programme switched to credits, leaving audiences hanging until Ekin-Su's choice is revealed later tonight.
Scott's mum exclaimed in suspense, "Oh my God Scott what's going on, don't do it to us."
She also hinted at a delay in knowing the outcome: "We're not going to know until tomorrow you know!" With nerves running high, Ryan confessed: "I'm dying," and Adam lightheartedly suggested, "Call Scott right now and find out what happened! "

Accompanying his video, Ryan penned: "She slid into his DMs... You can't end it on that! ! ! Is she going to pick Scott?"
Reflecting on her potential return, Ekin-Su expressed her eagerness: "I want to return to Love Island again because it's where my journey started and has a special place in my heart. It's somewhere I've laughed, cried and learnt so much. The fact that there's an opportunity to do it again - why not! Why can't a winner go back in and re-write her story and have a second chance? ! I think you should follow your gut and my gut is telling me to go back, so I'm listening to it."
When discussing her ideal partner, she said: "I'm looking for someone who isn't overly self-obsessed and someone that's aware of flaws, because we all have them. I'd like a man that will love me when I'm in the worst mood possible but still understands why and has no judgments. I'd like someone supportive, I don't care about looks and money - I want someone to be my biggest cheerleader."
