It goes without saying that not all romances in the Love Island villa have panned out beyond the ITV dating show, with that being made evident on the creation of the All Stars spin-off.
Love Island: All Stars welcomes back some familiar faces from series in years gone by, with another crack at finding romance. However, some couples have lasted the distance and found love after the show - from marriage, to kids of their own.
One of those couples is Olivia and Alex Bowen, as the 33-year-old exclusively opened up to the Record on how they made their relationship work following the reality show.
Alex even hinted another mini-me could be on the cards. He told the Daily Record when asked if they have any future baby plans amid his major career moves, Alex said: "To be honest I would like a big family, I'm an only child so having that would be amazing."
Alex, who appeared on love Island alongside Liv in 2016 for its second running series, opened up on 'how privileged' he feels to have the life he has built with Olivia, 31.
"When you come out it's a massive thing and you are both going through this process together. I feel with a lot of people, especially with social media nowadays, do quit when they go through a bad patch," Alex explained.
He continued: "Me and Olivia are not like that, we just work through any problems and issues. I do think compatibility is a massive thing in a relationship, so if you have that then it's half the battle.

"You just work at it every single day. There's ups and downs in any relationship, it's just how you navigate through them. I think a lot of people just focus on the fun parts and the happy ending but you need to go through the process to get there."
Alex has recently launched his own online coaching business. "That's going really great and is something making me get up in the morning," he expressed.
"I've also started my own fragrance company as well which was definitely something on the more creative side I wanted to do." He concluded, "Being with Liv and having our day to day life, I just feel very lucky and privileged."
