Jason Aldean's wife Brittany is thrilled about the outcome of the 2024 election — and had some strong words to share about Donald Trump and his inner circle.

Brittany Aldean, 36, spoke to OK! during Boot Barn and Wonderwest's celebrity charity event on Monday, November 18, about her enthusiasm and support for the 78-year-old president-elect.

The wife of the "Try It In A Small Town" singer began her statement by saying that she and her husband had"received a ton of backlash" over the years as Trump supporters.

Brittany went on to say, however, that she believes the days of being criticized for supporting Trump are over. "I think everybody's coming around and things are – the tide is turning, and it's really awesome to see since we've been on that boat for a long time."

The makeup artist and singer, who wed Jason in 2015 after a cheating scandal led to his divorce from ex Jessica Ussery, said that she and her husband know Trump personally — and that they are excited about the people in his inner circle.

"He's just such an awesome man, but he's obviously going to do really great things for this country along with Elon [Musk] and RFK [Robert F. Kennedy Jr.]," she said.

The Aldeans have joined the ranks of celebrities who have embraced Trump, including Kid Rock, Dennis Quaid, Hulk Hogan, and more.

Brittany in particular has faced online backlash over the years for her conservative views. In July 2024, Brittany entered a public feud with country star Maren Morris after Brittany shared a post that said "I'd really like to thank my parents for not changing my gender when I went through my tomboy phase. I love this girly life." Morris, agreeing with fellow singer Cassadee Pope's assessment of the video as "transphobic," responded on X by writing, "It's so easy to, like, not be a scumbag human? Sell your clip-ins and zip it, Insurrection Barbie."

Prior to the 2024 election, Brittanyencouraged all her Instagram followers to vote for Trump on November 5, saying she was glad she'd never wavered in supporting him.

"Even after all the media bashing, business deals lost, relationship changes, being left out of music industry events and multiple attempts to vilify our character - I wouldn't change a thing🇺🇸," she wrote. "I support @realdonaldtrump and am proud to say that I voted for him and the promise for a better future❤️ PLEASE get out and VOTE today if you haven't already!! 🇺🇸EVERY VOTE MATTERS🇺🇸," she wrote.
