Jay-Z has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with Sean “Diddy” Combs at a party after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
NBC News reports the music mogul and entrepreneur — born Shawn Carter — was named in a civil lawsuit along with Combs that was re-filed on Sunday.
The original complaint, which had been filed by the anonymous accuser in October, initially only listed Combs as a defendant.
