"Jenny from the Block" continues to search up and down LA as she waits to finalize a sale of the $60 million Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Affleck -- and as fate would have it, Lopez is looking at a property in Affleck's neck of the woods.
Last April, Affleck moved in to a $20 million home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, which he had to evacuate briefly earlier this month due to the fires that have burned continuously since Jan. 7. According to TMZ, Lopez has toured a mansion in Brentwood, but the air quality in Los Angeles right now is so poor that the "Unstoppable" star will have to think it over.
Lopez, 55, living so close to Affleck, 52, is a possibility that will spark significant speculation and intrigue throughout the movie industry. In recent weeks, Lopez has been linked with actor Kevin Costner, 70, as rumors grow that the pair could begin dating at some point in 2025. And as Affleck continues to spend time around his first ex-wife Jennifer Garner, also 52, one wonders if their romance might be rekindled in response to Lopez sniffing around Brentwood.
