She has hailed her latest movie role - in the musical version of Kiss Of The Spider Woman - as one she had been waiting for "my whole life."
Spider Woman was a 1976 novel by Argentinian author Manuel Puig.
Yet it was then transformed into a 1985 movie before finding a new audience on Broadway in 1993, scooping a Tony Award.
Talking to The Hollywood Reporter at the Salt Lake City event, Jennifer admitted to the crowds: "I’ve been waiting for this moment my whole life.
"The truth is, when you talk about the importance of musicals, the reason that I even wanted to be in this business was because my mom would sit me in front of the TV when West Side Story would come on once a year, on Thanksgiving.

BENNIFER'S STORY
Jennifer's ex husband, Ben Affleck, 52, is credited as an executive producer of the movie along with her, as well as Diego and fellow actor Matt Damon.
Jennifer and her now-ex Ben first started dating in 2002, with them getting engaged for the first time that same year.
The couple then postponed their wedding in September 2003 and officially split in January 2004.
Bennifer, as they were nicknamed, then rekindled their romance and went Instagram official on JLo's 52nd birthday in 2021.
The famous couple were then engaged a second time in April 2022 before tying the knot again - twice - in the summer of that year.
But last year, their marriage came crashing down when it was revealed they were heading for divorce before JLo initiated the legal separation.
Citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, the news that JLo had filed for divorce made headlines last August.
GONG GIRL
Her latest movie role comes after she picked up a Maverick gong for her biopic, Unstoppable, at the Indie Wire Awards in LA.
Last year, she said: "This award really does hold a special place in my heart because of the word maverick.
“It means an individualist, a non-conformist, a free spirit, an original, a trendsetter, an eccentric, an outsider, a rebel, a dissident, a disrupter.
“What a beautiful thing to be recognized for, for charting your own course.”
The singer was handed the accolade for her role as wrestler Anthony Robles’s mother July in Unstoppable.
Meanwhile, off-screen, she has been stunning her Instagram fans with sexy snaps, showing her posing in a cowboy hat.
