JESSICA Alba's husband Cash Warren could get a staggering $2 million a year in his future divorce from his wealthy wife, regardless if they have a prenup.
Speaking on video exclusively with The U.S. Sun, legal expert and powerhouse certified family law specialist, Goldie Schon, who specializes in complex custody and divorce cases, said Jessica's estranged husband could walk away from their 16-year marriage with millions.
While Jessica is a co-founder of The Honest Company, which is valued at $609 million and once reportedly had a value of over $1 billion, Cash is a producer who does not appear to have worked in the industry since 2015.
"Even if there is a prenup, and she gets to keep what is hers, therefore, the Honest Company, which is quite lucrative, that will not stop the issue of spousal support," Goldie told The U.S. Sun.
"We have evolved when it comes to prenuptial agreements, and we've had some very large cases, historically, that have caused prenuptial agreements to not be able to terminate spousal support between couples that are about to marry.
"So if the court believes that if there was a prenuptial agreement, and let's just say the prenuptial agreement said neither one of them is going to get spousal support..the court, believe it or not, today, can make the decision that that is not conscionable and throw it out and still order spousal support in the same vein as it would as if the prenup never existed."

Goldie said that a court could find that a possible prenup signed by Cash, 46, and Jessica, 43, 16 years ago when they first married, and before the actress and Honest Company founder was making millions or possibly billions, was no longer reasonable.
Additionally, since their marriage falls under California's long-term marriage rules, there would be no guideline for when spousal support should be terminated.
"Spousal support would continue until somebody passes or somebody then returns to court and tries to terminate it or modify it or make it go away," she continued.
"Because it's a long-term marriage, essentially the court does not have the power to say you're only going to pay spousal support for seven years. Eight years, two years doesn't matter. The only two people that can make that agreement are the parties."
Goldie estimates spousal support could be upwards of $100,000 a month for Cash, should their split go that route.
As far as child support, Goldie said with three children between them, Jessica could easily be handing over upwards of $60,000 in child support, plus a lot of other expenses to keep the children in the lifestyle they are accustomed to while they are with each of their parents.
"Child support is for the best interest of the children, and for the children to be able to live in the lifestyle of both parents, regardless of where they are, because that is part of what the family code is here in California.

"It doesn't matter where they sit, they have to be able to live in the lifestyle of both parents.
"So what does that mean? If Cash needs security, if Cash needs to pay for private school tuition, if he needs to have travel accommodations, whether that's first-class or whether that's a private jet, those kinds of levels are very important when we reach a situation where we have high net worth and figures, as we do in this situation," Goldie continued.
"The fact of the matter is, it's very possible that there will be a base child support amount that's paid from Jessica to Cash, and then on top of that, Jessica would have to pay a higher percentage of all additional expenses, being security, travel, private school to the extent, when I say a different percentage, it's based on the disparity of those two parties' incomes."
DIVORCE LOOMING
This, of course, will all shake out once one of them actually files for divorce, which remains to be seen.
The 43-year-old mom-of-three has been spotted without her wedding ring in recent weeks, and was seen on a family vacation to Rome without her husband.
Jessica was also seen at a pre-Golden Globes party at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, solo and ringless.
The longtime pair is moving forward with divorce, according to TMZ.
'MESSY AND HARD'
In June of 2024, the Fantastic Four actress opened up about the difficulties of being married for so long.
"I think with chosen family, you ebb and flow and I think the more you ebb and flow, the more you realize that the hard times aren't gonna be as, it's not gonna be permanent.
"You can find your way back to each other," she told Entertainment Tonight at the time.
She continued about the importance of finding your way back to each other when things get messy and hard.
Jessica also told the outlet she couldn't imagine being with anyone besides Cash.
"When it comes down to it, I wouldn't want to be with anybody else."
Jessica met Cash while filming Fantastic Four way back in 2004.
DOTING PARENTS
Four years after meeting, the pair married.
They share their three children, Honor Marie, born in June 2008; Haven Garner, born in August 2011; and Hayes, born in December 2017.
In a post on Mother's Day, Jessica took to Instagram, proudly sharing a photo of her children with the caption, "My heart walks around outside of my body."
