She continued to share that her husband DaLuz has a personal connection to adoption and believes that biological parents deserve more gratitude.
"The reason why Cody even exists is because his bio mum loved him enough to make an adoption plan for him and the same goes for Bear," she wrote.
"Honestly bio mothers do not get the gratitude they deserve. It is a more selfless love than I knew existed. Truly.
"We are just so happy to be part of this beautiful cycle."
In her video, Stone wrote that she was "forever grateful to [Bear's] tummy mummy for giving him life and more selfless love than I thought was possible."
She also shared some sweet photos of the nurses who looked after Bear during the "first 36 days of his life" while he was cared for in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and shared her gratitude for their support.
"So much love in this hospital," she wrote.
"Thank god for all of these beautiful angels."

Earlier this month, the singer told People that she and her husband "always knew they wanted to adopt" having spoken about it within the "first few weeks" that they had met.
She continued to share that it's been a dream for "such a long time" and they had some adoptions fall through before they got the happy news about Bear.
To finally have son Bear with them is a dream come true for the couple.
"It's so amazing to actually finally be here, to have him here, because we have wanted to adopt for so long," she said.
Stone and DaLuz are also parents to their two eldest children - son Shackleton, 2, and daughter Violet, 3.
The two new additions mean they will soon be a family of six.
