Justin Baldoni has accused Blake Lively of using manipulative tactics to take control of the 2024 film It Ends With Us, according to a leaked email submitted as evidence in his lawsuit against The New York Times.

The email, obtained by In Touch, reveals Baldoni's frustration with Lively's alleged behavior during and after the film's production.

The legal battle stems from a complaint filed by Lively, 37, accusing Baldoni, 40, and producer Jamey Heath of sexual harassment on set.

Her claims include allegations of uninvited visits to her trailer, inappropriate discussions about sex, and mishandling sensitive scenes.

Baldoni and Heath have denied all allegations.

In his lawsuit, Baldoni alleged that Lively used the complaint to gain leverage over the film's production.

He claimed Lively demanded to create her own edit of the film, which was later tested against his version.

Despite his cut receiving higher audience scores, Baldoni stated that Lively pressured the studio to release her version.

"She insisted that her cut be the version released to the public," his lawsuit reads, adding that Lively allegedly involved the book's author to further her demands.

Baldoni's frustrations were documented in an email submitted as part of the lawsuit.

"Everything she does is calculated yet also manic," Baldoni wrote to his publicist.

"She knows exactly what she's doing."

He accused Lively of attempting to rewrite history, sidelining him from the film's marketing and promotional events, and creating the impression that he was at fault.

The lawsuit also detailed how Baldoni was excluded from the film's premiere.

He claimed Lively threatened to boycott the event if he attended, forcing the studio to arrange separate accommodations for him and his team.

"He and his family were relegated to a separate theater... and instructed to leave the venue immediately after Lively arrived," the lawsuit alleges.

Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, hinted at further legal action against Lively, stating that Baldoni "absolutely" plans to sue her directly.

Meanwhile, Lively's lawyer dismissed Baldoni's claims, asserting that her complaints are based on documented misconduct.

"This is not a 'feud' arising from creative differences," her lawyer said, accusing Baldoni of retaliatory tactics.

The case remains unresolved, with both parties continuing to press their claims in court.
