Karrahbooo is claiming that Lil Yachty’s Concrete Rekordz is blocking her ability to release new music and that she has not been dropped from the label despite rumors.

The rapper dropped a new video for “Bossy Boo.” In the video’s description box on YouTube, Karahbooo used the space to clarify any confusion about her status with the record labels and why she isn’t releasing music.

“I didn’t get dropped,” she wrote. “I’m still signed hence the reason I have not been able to drop [new music].”

Karrahbooo then dived deeper into that claim for a lengthy explanation about why she released the music video for her new song now.

“I was advised not to drop this way [on my own] and do it through the ‘label’ (the one that said they dropped me but would not let me go because they wanted me to stay lol, the one that has repeatedly lied on my name to make me look bad in the media and has been pushing away bookings and deals I could keep going, but the point is this industry is weird and confusing and this is all messy [as f*ck] and taking up too much time. They dragging it, I tried to listen and do it the ‘right way’ but it’s been 6 months now so imma go ahead n try my way,” she wrote.

The Karrahbooo and Concrete Boyz drama started last summer when Lil Yachty announced that she was no longer a part of the group. "I'mma say this shit one time," Boat told fans on Instagram. "We have split ways with Karrah as far as this Concrete shit. I have nothing to say—nothing bad to say, nothing negative to say about Karrah. I wish her the best in her career. That's that. ... I don't have anything really bad to say or anything good to say. We just split, you know?"

It turns out, Lil Yachty did have bad things to say because after learning of her talking about the split to others, he lashed out at her in a verbal rant on Instagram Live in which he claimed to write all of her music and she bullied others. "We bought a Cartier watch. I gave you that chrome Rolex, bro. You was waiting tables... What are we talking about n***a? I changed your mother fucking life and you are here lying, talking about some: 'We bully you'... That shit got me fucked up, bro,” he ranted.

“You got me fucked up, bro. You disrespectful, bro. You talk to people crazy,” Lil Yachty continued. “You tell people that they are nothing. You tell people you're going to spit on them. You tell people they poor and you talk to my fucking label crazy. You claim I was stealing money..."

Karrahbooo responded to Yachty on her Instagram Stories and denied that he wrote for her.

“Put it on yo kid I ain’t write these songs miles -___-,” she wrote. “Stop da cap and leave me out ur internet shenanigans.”
