Kate Middleton is reportedly back in the gym after completing chemotherapy.

“From what I understand, Catherine is doing very well,” royal author Robert Jobson, who referred to the Princess of Wales by her birth name, told Hello! on Monday.

“She is back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do.”

The “William & Kate” author claimed that fans can expect to see more of Middleton, 42, as she starts to “carry out engagements” and “work behind the scenes.”

According to Jobson, she will “concentrate on more impactful events” instead of traveling “all over the country.”

“If she has her way, she will come back in stages and do things that are important to her: because she doesn’t want to get ill again but also, I’m told, because she has a different perspective now,” he continued.

Jobson added, “Her focus will be on her family … I think [Prince] William is very keen that she does stage a comeback, but I don’t think that necessarily signals that we’re going to get a big tranche of engagements, one after the other.

“They probably realize that if you get a lot of something all the time, it lessens its impact. With Catherine being the main female star of the royal family, actually you can make a bigger statement by being seen less.”

In March, Middleton revealed on Instagram that she was undergoing treatment after being diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.

The mom of three made the announcement amid several conspiracy theories about why she had been absent from events since December 2023.

In her video statement, Middleton explained she took her time sharing the news with the world to give her and Prince William’s kids, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, time and reassurance that she would be OK.

In June, Middleton made her first public appearance of the year at the Trooping the Colour alongside the Prince of Wales, 42, and their children.

Middleton announced via Instagram that she was cancer-free in September, though she still hasn’t disclosed the type of cancer she dealt with.

Last month, she made a surprise appearance at the Southport Community Centre to meet the families and emergency service workers impacted by the knife attack at a Taylor Swift dance-inspired class in July.
