In the comments of a recent video she posted to Instagram, her loyal followers begged Katie to seek help as they noticed her looking a lot slimmer than usual. Fans were concerned about her weight and "frail" frame, while her loved ones are now "worried" about her upcoming surgery plans.
One source told OK!: "Her friends and family are worried about her as she has lost a lot of weight very quickly, and she wants to go back under the knife for more work."
