Katie Price unrecognisable as she plans next trip to Turkey for more cosmetic surgery

Katie Price looks completely unrecognisable as her friendship with pal Kerry Katona grows stronger.

Katie, 46, was spotted with the former Atomic Kitten singer on a wild night out, as they attended MTV's Geordie Shore party this week to mark the 25th series of the popular show. The pair showed up hand-in-hand and even shared a kiss.

The former glamour model arrived with her hair in a tight ponytail, showing the results of her numerous cosmetic surgeries over the years, which can be seen in pics obtained by news.com.au.

Since becoming a household name in the early 2000s, Katie has had multiple physical alterations including at least 15 breast enhancements and two Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL).

Recently, the star underwent a £10,000 facelift after having two procedures previously over the years, and fans were shocked when Katie uploaded footage of the process to social media.

Now the mum-of-five is reportedly planning another procedure in Turkey this January, as friends grow concerned that she is going too far.

A source claimed she may be "obsessed" with cosmetic procedures and is planning to correct her "pixie ears" that she believes were affected by a previous facelift.

The source told Closer UK: "She thinks they need correcting after her recent facelift. She’s having her ears removed, then re-stitched in place and pinned back so that they don’t stick out.”

This comes following Katie's previous confession that she might need to consult a therapist to address her urge to constantly go under the knife, saying: "I think I need therapy when it comes to surgery.

"I wouldn't say I've got body dysmorphia, but there's obviously an underlying something why I feel the need to get surgery, or why I look in the mirror and think, 'I want to change that, or that'. What you've got to remember is that I'm four years away from being 50 so I'm entitled to [do] whatever I want to my face."
