In a recent interview, Kendra Wilkinson, 39, reflected on her time as a contestant on the 2007 series Celebrity Rap Superstar, which was basically the hip-hop version of American Idol.
And during the interview, Kendra suggested that she planned to start a new career as a female rapper.
Kendra told the interviewer that she planned to use experience from Celebrity Rap Superstar and embark on a rap career, and here’s a few artists she’d be willing to collaborate with.
“I have to pay homage to my boy Too Short. I can’t stray he’s just my guy. It be me and Too Short,” she disclosed, paying respect to her Celebrity Rap Superstar hip-hop legend mentor.
Additionally, rappers she’d also wants to work with were Future and Nicki Minaj.
And Kendra Wilkinson doesn’t seem to regret how she got her start in entertainment.
Kendra was introduced to the world through the hit 2005 series The Girls Next Doors. The show centered around Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and his Playboy Playmate girlfriends Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra and their lives in his famed Playboy Mansion. Although Kendra went on to star in many other reality shows over the years, The Girls Next Doors is what sealed her icon status in pop culture. While speaking to The Mirror reporter Angelica Cheyenne on the red carpet at the 2024 American Reality Television Awards, Kendra opened up about The Girls Next Doors ahead of its 20th anniversary.
“I had a pretty pleasant, positive experience while I lived in the [Playboy] mansion,” Kendra shared. She said she had “nothing bad to say about anyone or anything” from her Girls Next Doors days before sharing her gratitude for the experience.
“I’m so grateful for that time,” the Kendra star divulged. “It’s paved the way for so many opportunities, and so many things. And if it wasn’t for that time I wouldn’t have my two kids that I have today… everything has just been building blocks for my life.”
