KIM Kardashian has quietly stepped down from her role as partner in a company she co-founded in 2022.

The reality star, 44, has recently branched into acting- and hasn't discussed her law school journey or businesses quite as often.

Kim, who was announced as co-managing partner of private equity firm SKKY Partners two years ago, is now listed as co-founder and senior operating advisor on the company's official website.

Axios was first to reveal Kim's major change in position.

In addition, Kim's momager Kris Jenner is no longer named as senior advisor on the company's site.

According to the New York Post, the changes come just months after SKKY raised only a fraction of their $1 billion goal.

The firm fundraised just $121 million in capital commitments as of March 2024.

Kim still has SKKY Partners listed in her Instagram bio, but does include her exact position at the company.

JUGGLING BUSINESSES

Kim actively promotes her $4 billion brand SKIMS, and to a lesser extent, her beauty line, SKKN.

She once spoke frequently about her dream to become a lawyer, but stopped posting about the topic in recent months.

"Kim had originally planned to take the California bar exam in February 2025, but she is pushing it back to 2026," an insider exclusively told The U.S Sun.

"The reality is Kim hasn't been able to study much for it yet, and there's no way she's going to be able to tackle the exam in February."

"She's barely gotten through 20% of the coursework."

The insider said Kim had once hoped to officially become an attorney before she played one in upcoming Netflix show All's Fair - but now that will no longer be possible.

"Kim hates any questions about her pursuit of her legal credentials. She gets mad when anyone brings it up.

"She says she's a full-time working mom of four with a business empire, so of course it's going to take a little longer.

"But she's also determined to have the damn law degree to her name.

"She's very stubborn on things like this and there's no way in hell she is going to have it be said that she didn't get it."

Kim has focused on acting recently, with her role as a publicist on American Horror Story: Delicate last year earning praise.

Variety called her TV debut performance "thrillingly competent" in a review, while the Daily Beast labeled her "seriously good."

Kim is also slated to star in a thriller from screenwriter Natalie Krinsky for Amazon MGM Studios.

In addition to juggling her many jobs, Kim is also still starring on Hulu reality show The Kardashians, and is a single mom to kids North, 11, Saint, 9, Psalm, 6, and Chicago, 5.
