KIM Kardashian has been praised by PETA bosses for modeling her barely-there faux-fur bikini- after years of being bashed by the animal rights organization.

Kim and her famous family have been heavily criticized in the past by the outspoken nonprofit, which leads the campaign against celebrities using animal skin in any of the clothes they wear or design.

But now, Kim has turned it around, and received glowing praise from PETA - People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

That's because Kim’s new SKIMS line uses completely fake fur.

PETA Senior Vice President Lisa Lange expressed her delight with Kim, telling The U.S. Sun: "Teeny faux fur bikini, big win for animals!

"PETA is celebrating Kim K’s evolution away from using fur from animals who are kept in filthy cages, gassed, and electrocuted, and we encourage other designers to follow suit by creating luxe fashion without cruelty.”

PETA'S PAST BEEF WITH KIM

It was only two years ago that PETA slammed the whole family for selling their used rare-skinned clothing and handbags, on their website Kardashians Kloset.

PETA asked for the items to be handed over “to donate them to us for use in educational displays and to distribute to unhoused people, refugees, and others in tremendous need.”

The previous year, Kim was in the doghouse when it appeared her two Pomeranians were kept in a windowless garage, with PETA saying that the pups "deserve to feel safe, loved, and to live inside the house as part of the family.”

At a 2012 red carpet event, Kim was "flour bombed" by a woman, reportedly for her rampant fur use at the time.

"If she presses charges, at least people will be constantly reminded of her selfish, callous disregard for the cruel deaths that she causes by wearing fur," PETA told TMZ after the incident.

"How much better it would be if she decided to evolve and enhance her image by donating her vulgar furs and exotic-animal skins to the homeless.

"The activist acted from the heart, something Kim doesn't seem to have."

"If anything, Kim should get a life, the very thing that she denies animals."

However, years later, a former publicist claimed Kim was in on the whole flour bomb stunt, all for a "media moment."

Kim’s new furry collection is for her brand SKIMS and is marketed to keep people warm this winter, despite the bikini being just three triangle faux fur patches to cover up.

To avoid any doubt, SKIMS posted the photos of Kim modeling the line, and captioned it with: "Heat up your winter in the sexiest faux fur set.”
