Kim Kardashian is someone who knows how to earn a buck or two – she’s a billionaire after all. But, she declares she wouldn’t take a trip out of this world to double her net worth. Speaking on her family’s reality show, the mom of four says she wouldn’t go to space even if Jeff Bezos offered her $1 billion.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian may have done some crazy things in her time, but she shares during an episode of The Kardashians where she’ll draw the line. Even when the third-richest man in the world, Jeff Bezos is involved, Kim sticks to her guns.

Kim’s ex was invited to space

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson began dating a couple of years after meeting in 2019.

The celebrity couple was together for around nine months before splitting in 2022.

During The Kardashians, she explains in a confessional: “Jeff Bezos invited Pete to go to space. I really can’t believe it that he’s gonna go.”

Kim adds how she feels “it seems such a scary concept,” but tells her pals she’ll go to the “training.”

She shuts down the whole idea of joining Pete in space and says: “No,” before asking whether the craft could “blow up.”

Kim heard Bezos out

After throwing out the idea of something “blowing up” while chatting about Pete’s potential space trip, Kim gives some background on where her fears came from.

She tells her friends: “I remember sitting in my kitchen with my dad, with my sisters and the teacher was on that rocketship in the eighties and it exploded… like I remember watching that… My parents were crying…”

After sharing how she vividly remembers hearing of the Space Shuttle Challenger explosion in 1986, the reality star adds: “You hear all these other spaceships like crash, so it’s really scary.”

Kim’s pal asks what she’d do if Jeff Bezos said to her: “When you get off, I will have a suitcase of one billion dollars of cash…” adding: “Would you do it?”

Kim said: “Here’s the thing, I understand the greater goal for our planet,” but she says she was “always scared of it blowing up.”

However, after speaking to Jeff himself, Kim said: “…hearing how safe it is and all the testing and everything they do… I felt comfortable with him going…”

The Hulu star is relieved of some fear. But, she still stays with her feet firmly planted on Earth. She adds: “…if I didn’t have four kids I would absolutely go… The whole trip is 11 minutes.”
