Kristen Bell, acclaimed actress from ‘Nobody Wants This,’ hosts the 31st SAG Awards, bringing wit and charm to honor 2024’s top performances.
Last night, Kristen Bell took the stage at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles to host the 31st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, streamed live on Netflix. Known for her sharp humor and roles in “The Good Place” and “Frozen,” Bell returned to the gig she first tackled in 2018, making it a night to remember. She kicked things off with a clever parody of “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?”—retuned as “Do You Want to Be an Actor?”—paired with a montage of nominees’ early roles. The crowd, from Jamie Lee Curtis to Timothée Chalamet, couldn’t get enough. Bell’s hosting gig coincided with her own nomination for “Nobody Wants This,” adding a personal twist to the evening. With Jane Fonda snagging the Life Achievement Award, it was a celebration of talent, past and present, that hit all the right notes.
