The new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is in full swing, and fans can’t stop talking about Kyle Richards‘s refusal to say Morgan Wade‘s name. However, people are also reacting to how Mauricio Umansky replaced a photo of him and Kyle in his office with one of him and his former Dancing with the Stars partner. Plus, Kathy Hilton is also throwing shade at him.
As everyone knows, Kyle and Mauricio are no longer together. This season, the RHOBH OG finds herself living without him and adjusting to life as a single woman as she navigates her friend group.
In the most recent after-show for the RHOBH, Kyle and the ladies reacted to Mauricio having the nerve to do this. However, Kyle had a slightly different take. Instead of being fully upset, she seemed to somewhat understand.
According to Kyle, “I understand to a certain degree because. No, I only understand part of this because that’s his desk. Right in front of his face is an 8 by 10 of him kissing my cheek, staring at him all day. So I can understand kind of not wanting to stare at that.”
However, she goes on, “But did you need to put up that photo?”
Erika Jayne chimes in about her DWTS experience and says she has a photo of her partner, but she doesn’t have it displayed anywhere, despite being single. She says, “I didn’t like him doing that, and if you’re listening, Mo, I still don’t like you for doing that.”
Kyle then adds, “It was a really dumb thing to do.” She also says she did not speak to him about the photo and that it’s no longer displayed in his office.”
Elsewhere in the RHOBH after-show, the ladies discussed Kathy’s worry about Kyle. Of course, they also show a scene from the show where Kathy shaded Mauricio and said that he had aged and that Kyle “looks like [she] could be his daughter.”
For her part, Kyle says, “I think Kathy thinks that’s sticking up for me, but I don’t need anyone to put him down to make me feel better. Well, I care about him, and I don’t like when people make jokes or comments like that.”
Fans can watch RHOBH on Tuesday nights on Bravo.
