Manchester City's Kyle Walker looks set for a move to either AC Milan or Inter Milan in Italy, but it is thought his ex Lauryn Goodman assumed he would be moving to a Saudi team

Kyle Walker's likely move to either Inter or AC Milan could curtail his ex Lauryn Goodman's hopes to still be part of the footballer's life, it is reported.

The reality star, 33, and Kyle's two children Kinara and Kairo currently reside in a £2.4million mansion owned by the Manchester City defender. Lauryn, though, has to seek her ex's permission to rent it out, and it's not hers to sell.

And with Kyle, 34, reportedly on the verge of signing for either Milan club on an initial loan with a view to a two-year permenant deal, it looks likely he and wife Annie Kilner are planning a new life in Italy.

Chances of Lauryn following the family there are small, it is understood, given that a child maintenance hearing earlier this year was told that the reality star's net worth was just £10,000. Nevertheless, it is reported today Lauryn had assumed Kyle was off to join a Saudi side after rumours emerged of interest from teams in the Middle East.

A friend of Annie and Kyle told MailOnline: "You have to wonder whether Lauryn was planning a move to Dubai because she thought that Kyle and Annie were off to the Middle East too. She has form for winding them up, particularly Annie, but it hasn't worked as they have no intention of going there.

"It wasn't long ago that Lauryn went to Cheshire and got herself papped outside estate agents to make Annie think she would be moving there. She thinks Lauryn is a total wind-up merchant and believes it is harassment."

Kyle, who has 93 caps for England, was left out of City's squad for the FA Cup 8-0 win over Salford, after boss Pep Guardiola revealed the 34-year-old right-back wants to leave after eight years. AC Milan have emerged as the favourites to sign the defender, with Guardiola admitting any deal has to be right for City as well as the England international. "I don't know," said Pep, when asked if he will select Walker while his future remains unresolved. "It depends on how we are going to train. It depends on him.

"The situation is different now, but the transfer window will finish when it finishes and I don't know what's going to happen. I said to Kyle now it's a question of the market. He is an incredible player, with incredible physicality and when he's focused he's unstoppable as a right-back."
