Leonardo DiCaprio’s Low-Key Date Night With Vittoria Ceretti Shows a Normal Side to Their Romance

Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti‘s love is still going strong, and their relationship appears to be surprisingly low-key despite their busy careers. On Sunday, Oct. 20, the Oscar winner and the model were spotted dining at New York City hotspot, Sushi Azabu. 

“While there wasn’t any PDA, it appeared to be an intimate dinner, just the two of them,” a Page Six source revealed. They arrived around 8:30 p.m. and enjoyed a Japanese feast with edamame, crab fried rice, the chef’s sushi platter, and miso black cod. The insider shared that it was just the two of them, with no bodyguards present and other diners kindly leaving them “undisturbed throughout the evening.”

DiCaprio and Ceretti even managed to escape the dreaded paparazzi on the way in and out of the restaurant. Still, the 49-year-old actor was prepared to hide — he had on his signature “baseball cap and N95 mask,” according to a second source. Ceretti was coming off a big week after making her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut on Tuesday, Oct. 15. The quiet night for two with her boyfriend was probably a welcome opportunity for the two of them to catch up and enjoy a little romance.

DiCaprio began dating the 26-year-old fashionista in August 2023 after they were seen on an ice cream date together in Santa Barbara — how cute! He was coming off an on-again, off-again situationship with Gigi Hadid and Ceretti had just exited her marriage to Matteo Milleri five months earlier. Within days they were making out in a nightclub in Ibiza, Spain, DiCaprio works his magic quickly. They reportedly made their relationship official in November and it seems that The Revenant star was the one who was smitten first.

“It’s going so well that Leo’s actually being exclusive,” an Us Weekly source gushed last year. “Vittoria is all he thinks about. He says she’s not only gorgeous, but super down-to-earth, and they have a ton in common…She’s not intimidated by his fame at all— she even makes fun of it, ‘the model and the movie star. Leo finds it refreshing.”

The normalcy might be exactly what bonds them together, they prefer a private booth in the corner instead of a major Hollywood red carpet. Perhaps DiCaprio has finally met his match after all these years.
