Liam Payne was laid to rest at a private funeral yesterday a month after his tragic death at the age of 31.
Though it wasn't open to the public, pictures emerged from outside the service at St Mary's Church in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Liam's family and One Direction bandmates - Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan - were all in attendance.
His former partner Cheryl, who was supported by Girls Aloud members Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh, was also there with her and Liam's seven-year-old son Bear, as was Liam's girlfriend at the time of his death, Kate Cassidy.
Other big names who turned out to pay their final respects included X Factor and Britain's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell, Gavin and Stacey star James Corden, JLS singer Marvin Humes and his wife Rochelle, broadcaster Adrian Chiles and footballer Robbie Keane.
Here's what we know about Liam's private funeral service, from Cheryl's agonising decision on whether to take son Bear to Kate Cassidy likely meeting Liam's parents for the very first time.

Cheryl is believed to have played a central role in helping plan the funeral with Liam's grieving parents, Geoff and Karen Payne.
Though the location of the service was widely expected to be in his hometown of Wolverhampton, it was actually held at St Mary's Church in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
This was an important place to Liam as it was where he, Cheryl and Bear lived. Following their split, Liam even bought a house near Cheryl's in the village of Chalfont Saint Giles so he could be close to his son.
According to sources, Liam's family wanted him to have a dignified and "perfect" send-off after he died in "such a horrible way".
The service included special touches to honour Liam's memory, alongside candles and flower tributes - like the one from Liam's son Bear which simply read 'Daddy'. Another floral design showing bowling pins being hit by a ball, arranged in fresh flowers.
While it may have seen seem odd on such a solemn day, the design lovingly refers to Liam's love of bowling. The singer spent his 31st birthday bowling with his family on the 29th August, just weeks before his tragic death.

Liam's send-off yesterday was also attended by his girlfriend at the time of his death, Kate Cassidy.
It marked what is likely the first time the 25-year-old had met his parents, despite the pair having dated since October 2022. She arrived at the funeral accompanied by Elizabeth Hurley's son, Damian, who she is thought to have been friends with before she met Liam.
Kate was in Buenos Aires with Liam, but flew home four days before he died after apparently giving him an ultimatum, 'it's me or the drugs'.
Afterwards, Kate revealed they had planned to marry. She told her social media followers Liam had written her a note, which said: 'Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged and together forever 444' – the so-called angel number, signifying love and support.
Calling him the 'love of my life', she said on social media: "Liam, I know we'll be together forever, but not in the way that we planned. You'll always be with me. I've gained a guardian angel. I will love you for the rest of my life and beyond, carrying our dreams and memories with me wherever I go. Forever yours, Katelyn, 444."

PA)Heartbreaking vow to Bear
'Devastated' Cheryl made the heartbreaking decision that her and Liam's seven-year-old son should be involved in the funeral, despite battling whether or not it was the right thing to do for him.
Ultimately, the mum-of-one decided that it was only right Bear got to say goodbye to his beloved dad Liam, alongside the rest of his family and his close friends.
She has also made a heartbreaking final vow to him for the sake of their seven-year-old son, Bear. Speaking to MailOnline, a friend said the singer has promised that their child will never forget his father.
The source said: "She [Cheryl] has her own grief, but she also has a little boy who won't see his daddy again, and that is just heartbreaking. While she and Liam split a long time ago, they were bonded over their love of Bear. Liam died in such a horrible way but the family wanted to remember him in the most perfect way possible."
In a tribute to her former partner posted days after Liam's death, Cheryl wrote on Instagram: "As I try to navigate this earth shattering event, and work through my own grief at this indescribably painful time, I'd like to kindly remind everyone that we have lost a human being.
"Liam was not only a pop star and celebrity, he was a son, a brother, an uncle, a dear friend and a father to our 7 year old son. A son that now has to face the reality of never seeing his father again."
