Lily Allen has reportedly checked into a trauma centre after the breakdown of her marriage to Stranger Things star David Harbour, as she said she was 'spiralling'
Singer Lily Allen reassured fans she has not relapsed before reportedly checking into a trauma treatment centre.
The Smile songstress said she was left "spiralling" and "not in a good place" after the breakdown of her marriage to David Harbour. Lily was seen on celebrity dating app Raya following the split, which she reportedly also used to catch out her Stranger Things husband.
On her Miss Me podcast, Lily, 39, said she would be taking some time away to deal with her heartbreak. But she adamantly said: "I've not relapsed."
The mum-of-two went on: "I know there's been some horrible blind items on the internet about me being found by my husband in a crack den, surrounded by men. I don't know who is spreading these vicious rumours but it's not true."
She told co-host and friend Miquita Oliver: "I'm finding it really hard to be interested in anything. I'm really not in a good place.
"I know I've been talking about it for months but I've been spiralling and spiralling and spiralling and it's got out of control."
Now, Lily has reportedly entered a £8,00-a-week "trauma treatment centre" to deal with her emotional pain. It's reported she will spend a number of weeks there, with no access to a mobile phone.
It comes after Lily was seen again on dating app Raya. According to reports, she re-activated her account on the app to keep an eye on David after finding out he was back on there.
His account reportedly says: "Closet nerd that plays tough guys on your TV."
A source told The Mail: "Lily only rejoined Raya to try to figure out whether he was seeing someone." She was left devastated and "triggered" that he might have been somewhere with another woman.
The source continued: "Lily settled her kids back into the family home and took them to school for their new term, then flew herself straight to rehab. She went a day earlier than intended as she felt wobbly and desperate to escape."
