Feeling good as hell!
Lizzo has purchased Jeremy Renner’s Hollywood Hills home for a whopping $12.4 million, according to TMZ.
The “Hawkeye” star made somewhat of a profit on the sale of the lavish 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom pad, which he purchased in 2012 for $4 million.
Renner had also invested about $5.5 million into renovations on the property located near Laurel Canyon.
The “Mayor of Kingstown” actor, 53, listed the home for $13 million in August.
Sources close to the sale told TMZ that the “About Damn Time” singer, 36, bought the home at the end of October.
With a recording studio on the roughly 9,000-square-foot lot, the digs seem to be the perfect match for the musician.
In addition to a recording studio, the house also boasts a screening room, a swimming pool with a waterfall and an indoor-outdoor living area.
The living room features unique design wood paneling on the ceiling, sliding glass doors and multiple chandeliers.
Renner’s former home also includes multiple dining areas and a state-of-the-art kitchen with an island and bar.
The kitchen adds to the home’s mid-century design with dark cabinetry, stone countertops and a gas stove.

The “Truth Hurts” songstress will likely get some peaceful rest as one bedroom features a wraparound balcony and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to greenery.
Renner hadn’t anticipated selling the home, but he decided to downsize after his 2023 snowplow accident.
He told WSJ. Magazine in August that he invested millions into the renovations because he pictured himself living there for years to come.
“I did all that stuff because I was going to stay there,” he said. “It was kind of a forever home.”
Following the nearly fatal accident, the “Town” actor said that now he needs to “move on to other things.”
Last month, Renner took to Instagram to share a goodbye message to the home, along with a baby photo of his daughter, Ava, now 11.
“When dad sells your childhood home… paving new paths and making new memories together is always scary, but when the deeply profound love we share is our foundation, we can forge through any place with grace,” he wrote.
“My blessing and gratitude to share our home together with family and friends.”
