Love Island: All Stars season two teased in trailer

Love Island's Ekin-Su has returned to the villa in a bombshell twist - and declared she won't change for anyone.

The 30-year-old reality star has been confirmed as the first bombshell to enter the All Stars villa. The new and second series of All Stars kicked off on Monday night (January 13), hosted by Maya Jama, and ended with a huge twist when Ekin entered the mix.

The Turkish actress won the 2022 series of Love Island with her villa ex Davide Sanclimenti. However, the pair had a rocky romance and endured a bitter split in January of last year.

But now, she's back with another shot at love in paradise, and she believes she's "more mature" than she was back on her first stint. But she says she has no regrets from her first series and won't change who she is, declaring: "I'm going to carry on being me."

Asked if she'll do anything differently this time around, she said: "I don’t regret anything from series 8 and I wouldn't change who I am. I'm going to carry on being me. I’m more mature now and I've learnt some lessons along the way - I might not react the same way as I did a few years ago, or I might do! We’ll never know until I’m there."

Asked what she's learned about herself since the first time she was in the villa, she replied: "I’ve learnt to take accountability when the time is right, and I’ve learnt to stand up for myself and have boundaries with guys and with friends. I’ve also learnt that it's ok to be vulnerable with men - I always thought I had to be strong, but I’m allowed to cry sometimes and it’s not all about being strong."

On why she wants to return for All Stars, she said: "I want to return to Love Island again because it’s where my journey started and has a special place in my heart. It’s somewhere I’ve laughed, cried and learnt so much.

"The fact that there's an opportunity to do it again - why not! Why can’t a winner go back in and re-write her story and have a second chance?! I think you should follow your gut and my gut is telling me to go back, so I’m listening to it."

Ekin is joining the likes of Maura Higgins' ex Curtis Pritchard, Marcel Somerville, Kaz Crossley, Nas Majeed, Olivia Hawkins, Ronnie Vint, Luca Bish, and Gabby Allen. Asked about what it'll be like shacking up with Islanders she knows, she Ekin said: "I’m really excited for this because it’s so different to how we were before, we were all unknown.

"So I’m excited to see what everyone’s journeys have been like and maybe some drama - you never know what might happen. I’m interested to see how it plays out. I’m a girls’ girl so I’m also excited to make friends too.

Love Island: All Stars continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
