Married at First Sight UK star Polly Sellman has showed off her incredible weight loss while enjoying life on an Australian beach, as she wore a red bikini for a number of photos.
Polly rose to fame on the E4 series, when viewers watched intently her dramatic marriage to Adam Nightingale. The 28-year-old former careers advisor quit the UK shortly after the series was aired and is now having fun in the sun Down Under.
After being the talk of social media, Polly has said that "the blues have well and truly gone," as she showed off her incredible four stone weight loss as she posed on the beach in Perth.
Polly posted the pics from her photoshoot on Instagram which included her performing a handstand on the golden sands of Scarborough Beach, as she ensured fans got to see her toned body from all angles.

Instagram)Captioning the photos, Polly indicated that she is well over her time in the UK, writing: "England Christmas blues have well and truly gone. Merry Christmas to you all." Her fans were quick to praise the reality star and comment that her time in Australia is obviously doing her a well.
One fan commented: "Oz looks very good on you baby!" Another added: "That's the way to do it Polly." While a third was equally impressed, commenting: "Girllll look at you."

Polly wanted a new start after her explosive marriage to Adam culminated in her throwing a glass of wine over him following a huge row.
Sharing in a caption on Instragram Stories, Polly told fans about losing weight. She wrote: "I've just weighed myself (I know you shouldn't at night) and I'm honestly gobsmacked that I've now lost nearly 4 stone... 4!!!! Since March!!! I finished filming and I was 16 stone (have been there or there abouts for 2 years) and now I'm 12.5."

E4)Detailing how she achieved such a spectacular transformation, Polly explained how she did it: "It's been a case of upping my water intake, eating less and moving more. And I love that I've found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do."
Polly said that she is not stopping there as she continues to embrace her new lifestyle: "I still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight then when I'm there it's going to be building strength and maintaining the weight I've lost without living a restricted lifestyle and keep a healthy relationship with food and drink."
