Adam Nightingale, star of Married At First Sight, has stunned fans by showing off his slimmed-down physique after shedding an impressive three stone.

Married At First Sight star Adam Nightingale left fans stunned this week as he unveiled his slimmer physique.

The 33-year-old barber, who married Polly Sellman on the E4 dating show, shared that he has shed an impressive three stone, following his dramatic weight loss transformation that he first revealed last November.

He wrote on his social media: "3 stone yeah gym twice a day for 8 months paid off'. One fan commented: "You look tip top," whilst another added: "U lost so much weight." A third penned: "Happiness looks good on you." A fourth wrote: "Looking sharp."

This comes after it was revealed that Polly had been struggling to move on from her rocky wedding to Adam. The pair were matched on the latest series of the hit E4 dating show and didn't get off to the best start.

They have since been trying to build on their relationship despite having multiple clashes along the way. The career advisor from Kent has appeared to hint at where their romance stands.

While the show is still on air, Polly has been attempting to flog her wedding dress. She has listed the white gown on online selling site Vinted - but hasn't had any luck so far. Polly, 28, uploaded her Justin Alexander dress to the second hand app four weeks ago for £1,800. She has since taken drastic measures to get rid of the dress by significantly dropping its price..

The TV star reduced the asking price by a huge £670 as it is now for sale at £1,130. She wrote alongside the dress: “Absolutely gorgeous wedding dress. Brand new Justin Alexander 2024. UK 16 but has been altered to size and can be altered again. Can include veil. Collection only.”

Polly's eagerness to get rid of her wedding dress could be a sign of how things now stand with barber Adam, 35. Since the show finished filming, Polly has been on a weight-loss journey and lost two stone. She recently shared a lingerie selfie - but it wasn't received well by some fans.

Her post came after an episode aired that showed Adam, with the help of fellow contestant Amy, buying her underwear. Polly previously wrote: "I've had a lot of positive comments about my weight loss (and many other positives) since the show has aired. But my god am I absolutely horrified off the back of last night's episode. I had absolutely nothing from the general public saying that I'm insecure with myself for weeks, and lo and behold, here you are making me all insecure of what I looked like."

She added: "Body shaming a person in the name of advising them to be a certain way or to make fun of someone's size, is a form of sarcasm, and mentally hurtful. I lost my weight for my own reasons and none of you know why… Bashing someone for their body is NOT OK. It is absolutely one of the most disgusting things you can do to another person. And doing it online is even worse. You should all be so ashamed of yourselves."

Adam and Polly chose to end their relationship during the final vows following a string of arguments.
