US sales stood at £29.4m during the 12-month period following the 106% growth, accounting for a quarter of the brand's total revenue.
The company said its product categories outperformed last year with dresses being a key driver for growth, followed by an expanded footwear and accessories range.
Operating profit was up 44% to £16.2m while EBITDA rose 31% to £21.1m.
During the year, Me & Em opened new stores in London's Battersea Power Station and Edinburgh, its first location outside London.
Yesterday (30 October), it unveiled its eighth UK store, in London's Marylebone Village, which is its first official flagship shop.
The company said in a statement: "The positive performance of the group can be attributed to a combination of focus on key strategic decisions as well as continued market expansion, with the customer remaining at the heart of all decision making.
