MICHELLE Duggar and all nine of her daughters have reunited for the first time in years.
The youngest of the Duggars - 15-year-old Josie - has been rarely seen since the TLC show's axe.
Fans couldn't believe she'd "got so big" as she joined her older sisters at a fun photoshoot.
Controversial reality TV stars Michelle and husband Jim Bob are the parents of 19 children, whose names start with the letter J: Josh, Jana, John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace and Josie.
They all appeared on TLC's 19 Kids and Counting from 2008 to 2020
Joy Forsyth shared video footage shot by her younger brother backstage.
"When all nine sisters get together," Joy captioned the post.
"How does my mom not age?"
Josie was born prematurely in 2009 at just 25 weeks, weighing just 1lb 6oz.
Her fight to survive was captured on camera - as well as her health struggles throughout childhood.
The Duggars said previously: “That was the most difficult time in our family’s life, but by God’s grace Josie and our whole family made it through!”
One follower replying to Joy's video wrote: "Seeing Josie this big made me feel a million years old."

Another wrote: "Yeah I’m pretty sure I qualify for retirement now after seeing her so big."
Someone else added: "Josie is so big! You are all so beautiful."
19 Kids and Counting was axed in 2015 after nine seasons.
Bosses cancelled the show after the eldest son Josh Duggar was accused of molesting five underage girls.
However, the Duggar sisters returned to television in December 2015 with their own spin-off show, Counting On.
It ran for 11 seasons until it was canned when Josh was arrested.
In 2021 he was found guilty of both possessing and receiving child pornography and jailed for over 12 years in prison.
