Over 30 people have been trapped in Britain's highest pub after extreme weather conditions ravaged the nation.
Arctic blasts made their way across the UK, with many parts of the country seeing snow for the first time this year, and some areas hitting lows of -11.1°C.
It resulted in the Met Office and the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) announcing amber 'danger to life' snow alerts with blizzards imminent.
Despite these warnings, 32 guests made their way to the Tan Hill Inn in North Yorkshire on Saturday (5 January), which is located a breath-taking 528 metres above sea level.
But after having a few pints in the pub, the guests realised that they were snowed in.
This incident comes over three years since the time 50 people became trapped in the same pub after watching an Oasis tribute band.

Luckily, there are seven guest rooms at the inn, though there are currently 32 guests and six staff members trapped in the boozer.
Weighing in on the situation was manager David Rowell, who said: “Staff are a little tired, but other than that it’s all right. The staff that are currently here, this is day seven for them working here.
"This (Monday) will be their third day stuck.
“I’ve managed to avoid snow-ins in the past, but it’s caught up with us eventually, so it’s my turn this time.
“We have three real fires, and obviously we run off a generator so the heating is on ‘constant’ at the moment."
The 43-year-old revealed that they use a generator for power, and that food will last a month, though the booze will run out in a fortnight.
He revealed that those stuck have been playing cards and board games for entertainment amid the horrid weather.
Among the group are Australian tourists Paul and Naomi Wright, who are also travelling with their 22-year-old son, Naomi's sister, her four-year-old son and two friends.
They were meant to be at a Harry Potter West End show on Monday and fly home this Saturday (11 January) to round off their trip to visit family across the country.
Paul even admitted he'd never seen real snow before this, revealing: “I’ve seen generated snow in snow fields in Australia, but nothing like this in regards to white-outs.
“Driving through Scotland and York, the amount of snow we’ve seen covering everything is unbelievable, we can’t believe how white everything is.
“There’s a lovely group of people here, the people that run this place are so warm and welcoming and friendly."

Robyn Vinter, a journalist, is one of those stuck in the Yorkshire pub as well, describing the roads as 'icy' when they got there, but noted that they're now 'completely covered in snow'.
Currently staying in an eight-person bunk room, Robyn admitted yesterday: “Everyone’s in fairly high spirits, people have got things to get to this week, so everyone’s hoping we get out maybe tomorrow.”
Adding that she might wait until everything clears out as she drives a Ford Fiesta (with all-season tyres), she admitted: “We’ve had such a laugh, like last night and the night before, getting to know people. Everyone is very laid back, it’s very fun and very chill.
“The staff are so lovely, I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the staff has been, they’re clearly knackered."
She added that many of them have been staying over since New Year's Eve, as they don't live nearby.
Nicole Hayes, the manager, said that they 'seem happy' as there are no plans to try and get anywhere yet.
Andrew Hields, the owner, stated: “There is a long tradition of hospitality at the Tan Hill Inn which myself and the team are proud to continue.
“Its height and isolation make it a special, and sometimes precarious, place to visit but we’ll make sure those guests and staff who are stranded will be well looked after.”
