Justin Fletcher, who has built a career playing the beloved CBeebies character, has branded himself a "workaholic" which has landed him with a staggering fortune. Fletcher is estimated to be worth around £1.5 million thanks to his TV roles as Mr Tumble.
Something Special is the longest running CBeebies show of all time and first aired back in 2003. The show is specifically aimed at children with delayed learning and communication difficulties.
The series features clips of children with disabilities and while presenting the show, Justin both speaks and signs for the viewers. Although he has devoted his life to entertaining children, Fletcher has no children of his own and is believed to be single.
He spoke to The Mirror back in 2012 and explained that he had a desire to start a family: "I’m not married, live alone and have been single for a while now because I’ve been a workaholic filming Something Special, Justin’s House and Gigglebiz."
"But I do want to free up some time for myself and my family. I would love to have children so need to find someone who likes kids. A couple of kids would be lovely."
Justin explained that he also "doesn't get grumpy," instead getting "very quiet" when he's "really tired and hit a wall". There's also another thing he doesn't do: "I don't swear, actually. Working in children's television, it's just common sense."
Back in 2020, it was reported that axed CBeebies presenter Sarah-Jane Honey claimed that the Mr Tumble star had "frozen her out". The allegations were made over a topless photoshoot - Honeywell stripped off and posed on a plate of food for a Peta advert back in 2011.
Justin's mother Sheila was quick to made a statement against the claims. She said: "It's all a load of old rubbish. He won't be interested in talking about this. He never comments on anything silly. He's too busy. He's just so hard-working all the time."
"All the children love him. He's worked very hard for them over many years."
