The NASCAR Hall of Fame induction ceremony for 2025 is set to take place on the evening of February 7 at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The highlight will be honoring three influential figures in the sport: Carl Edwards, Ricky Rudd, and Ralph Moody, all of whom have left a remarkable imprint on NASCAR history. Each of these inductees has made significant contributions to NASCAR, while Dr. Dean Sicking will receive special recognition for his outstanding contribution to safety in motorsports.
The NASCAR Hall of Fame, set up in 2010, is a tribute to those who have moved the sport forward. Every year, a careful selection process identifies 15 nominees, with a panel choosing three inductees. This time, the focus is on Carl Edwards, an athlete known for his unique victory celebrations and impressive career stats; Ricky Rudd, an 'Iron Man' of racing with an incredible number of consecutive starts; and Ralph Moody, a WWII veteran who made his name as both a driver and team owner.

Carl Edwards made his mark with a 13-year career in the Cup Series, notching up 28 premier circuit race wins. He gained fame in NASCAR beginning in 2002, collecting 72 victories across various national series. His feat of being included in NASCAR's 75 Greatest Drivers in 2023 only adds to his standing.
Ricky Rudd, fondly known as "the Rooster," is celebrated for his astounding run of 788 consecutive races, a record only broken in 2015. His 906 career starts put him second behind the legendary Richard Petty. Ralph Moody also went on to establish the successful Holman-Moody team, which later won major championships in the late '60s.
